STANDARD RETURN POLICY

Snowmobile Trinkets of Michigan does NOT ACCEPT returns unless the package is damaged in shipping. In the event the package is damaged, YOU MUST return the package in it's original box. Snowmobile Trinkets will then either REPLACE the item to you or EXCHANGE it for another product. Snowmobile Trinkets will reimburse customer for the shipping charges in returning damaged merchandise. Snowmobile Trinkets will not REPLACE or EXCHANGE the package until the original damaged merchandise is returned

If you have received the wrong size merchandise and the ERROR is on our part, we will happily exchange your item for the correct size. We will refund you your shipping costs to return the merchandise.

If you need to exchange clothing because the size doesn't fit and you require another size, we will be happy to exchange your merchandise, but we will have to charge you to resend the package.

In the event that you inadvertantly receive the wrong package. Snowmobile Trinkets requires you that you return the merchandise to us promptly (within 7 days). Snowmobile Trinkets will reimburse you the shipping charges incurred upon receipt of the wrong shipped merchandise.

SKI-DOO REMOTE CONTROL SNOWMOBILE RETURN POLICY

The Ski-doo Remote Control Snowmobiles come with a New Bright Toys manufacturers warranty. There is a toll-free number in your packaging to call if you should encounter any problems. Snowmobile Trinkets will not accept any returns or exchanges on this product unless it was damaged in shipping and has not been taken out of the packaging.

GAS POWERED REMOTE CONTROL SNOWMOBILE RETURN POLICY

Snowmobile Trinkets of Michigan does not accept returns on the RC snowmobiles unless the package was damaged in shipping.and are contacted within 3 days of delivery.

On READY TO RUN Gas Powered or Electric Remote Control Snowmobiles THERE IS AN ABSOLUTELY NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY. Ready to Run RC snowmobiles are custom sleds and therefore we cannot resell them since they are created to your specifications.

If a customer returns a READY TO RUN sled with or without the consent of Snowmobile Trinkets of Michigan, they will not be refunded any setup fees, shipping fees and/or any decals that are un sellable.
